The agreement between VangAI and the businesses we work for.
The service
VangAI sets up and runs an assistant that answers phone calls, WhatsApp messages and website chats for your business. What is included is described in your quote and on the Pricing page.
Prices and payment
All prices are excluding VAT. You pay a one-off setup fee (on quote) and a fixed monthly price, invoiced monthly. There are no costs per call, message or booking.
Term and cancellation
The minimum term is 3 months. After that, the contract continues monthly and you can cancel with one month notice. [Notice period to confirm.]
Your part
You give us correct information about your business, prices and opening hours, and let us know when something changes. You stay responsible for the agreements you make with your customers.
Our part
We keep your assistant running, make your updates, and tell you honestly when something does not work. If the assistant cannot answer a question, it passes it on to you instead of guessing.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event. [Clause to be reviewed by a lawyer.]
Law and disputes
Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Hasselt, after we have tried to solve it together first.
